Peterborough drink driver given suspended sentence after being caught more than three times over limit

Tomas Petravicius (35) of Station Street, Peterborough, appeared at Peterborough Magistrates' Court earlier this month where he pleaded guilty to drink driving.
The court was told he had been stopped while driving an Audi A6 on Lincoln Road on June 26 last year.

Hide AdHe gave a reading of 372 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine - the limit is 107 millilitres.
Petravicius was given a 12 week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, and was ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work.
He was also given a 36 month driving ban, ordered to take part in a rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days, and to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and costs of £85.
