Great Eastern Run 2018: This is what the weather will be like for the half marathon
The current forecast looks like Sunday will be mostly dull and rainy in the morning, before becoming sunnier in the afternoon.
The peak temperature will be around 14C, which will be reached by mid-afternoon.

Hide AdLight showers are set to commence at 7am and continue for most of the morning.
The information area for the event opens at 8am, by which time it will be 12C, accompanied by light showers.
A mass warm-up at the stage area will take place at 9am, but light showers and a temperature of 12C are set to remain.
The half marathon is set to begin at around 10.30am, by which time the temperature will have increased slightly to 13C, again accompanied by rain.

Hide AdHowever, the weather set to be a lot brighter after 1pm, when sunny spells are set to occur. The temperature will climb slightly to 14C by mid-afternoon.
