Pizza restaurant plan for Peterborough city centre
A vacant retail unit on Cowgate in Peterborough city centre is being lined up for conversion to a pizza restaurant.
The former Tanning Shop, just two doors away from the long-established Pizza House and a stone’s throw from Topo Gigio’s and Prezzo, is subject of a planning application for change of use.
The application has been submitted by John Dickie Associates on behalf of well-known Peterborough businessman Peter Fierro.
The venue- to be called The Pizza Parlour, and seating about 50 - would create five full-time jobs and six part-time jobs.
